Any tips on how to organize a house with little storage space?



I have a small two bedroom house without a basement. My closet space is also lacking!
Anyone have tips for organizing a house like this? I do throw out a lot of things too!

I live in downstairs in a house built in the 1920's. As a result, there is little or no closet space either upstairs or downstairs.

Cleaning Hardwoods and trying to make storage space?



What is something good that you can use to clean real hardwoods (they aren’t laminate) besides vinegar, armstrong that wont hurt the original finish?
Also this house is old so some of the bedrooms have limited closet space what are some good easy ways for making storage that are attractive, we dont want rubbermaids stacked everywhere??
